Kitchen 101

This 4-week series is designed to teach fundamental techniques, skills, and recipes to beginners and amateur cooks or to those looking to enhance their culinary skills. Led by experienced chefs or cooking instructors, this hands-on learning experience will help participants to gain confidence in the kitchen, expand their cooking repertoire, and develop a foundation of skills that can be applied to a wide range of recipes.

Knife Skills

This 4-week series is designed to teach fundamental knife skills. These skills involve knife selection, knife care and maintenance, properly gripping and handling the knife, safety tips, and knife cuts.

Dinner with a “Doc”

This once-a-month class will provide insightful health talks from doctors that specialize in lifestyle medicine and education. You will learn how to change your diet to suit your needs as well as enjoy whole foods and dinners that will help with your journey to a healthier you!

Cooking with Diabetes

If you or someone you care for has diabetes, our lecturer will help you find different ways to make better choices for diet change. These classes are free and open to the community and will focus on everything needed to prevent, manage, and treat diabetes.  Please join us for a lecture and lunch!

Kids Camp

A hands-on learning experience that will ignite the passion for cooking.

There must be a minimum of 6 people per classs.
